The goal of Wesley Medical Center's Transitional Care Unit (TCU) is to help patients transition to daily life at home following traumas, surgeries or other life-altering events. Patients treated by TCU include orthopedic, cardiac and pulmonary care.

Services provided by the TCU include:

• Skilled nursing services
• Rehab services
• Therapy
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Pain management

You will find TCU in Tower A on the 4th floor of Wesley Medical Center.
