All patients are given a Patient Information packet on admission that contains general information on the various services and policies at Wesley Medical Center.

Included in this information is information related to reporting safety or quality of care concerns.

Patients and their families are encouraged to report any safety or quality of care concerns to the hospital administration. If they do not receive resolution at the hospital level, they are then encouraged to report their concerns to the Mississippi State Board of Health of the Joint Commission.
