Men of Wesley Medical Center Go Bald for the Cure
Oct 26 Event is the Third Annual for this Community Favorite

Hattiesburg, MS – In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, the men of Wesley Medical Center are raising money and showing solidarity with patients who lose their hair while undergoing cancer treatment. The third annual Go Bald for the Cure event will be held at noon on October 26 in the Wesley Medical Center cafeteria courtyard.
“This is not only a really fun event for the employees, but it also raises a lot of money for the cause,” said Wesley Medical Center Nurse Recruiter Beverly Fox-Bray, who is also a breast cancer survivor. “Go Bald is always one of our top fundraising events, and we’re on track to raise even more in 2011 than we did last year.”
About twenty men accepted the fundraising challenge this year, with a goal to raise at least $100 each. Participants, including CEO Mike Neuendorf, as well as Chief Operating and Financial Officers Travis Sisson and Jim Young, have until the October 26 event to reach their fundraising goals.
