Kerry Bernardo, MD, Joins Wesley Neurosurgical Services

Hattiesburg, MS – Wesley Medical Center welcomes Kerry Bernardo, M.D., a neurosurgeon, as he joins the medical staff at Wesley Neurosurgical Services.

Dr. Bernardo received his medical degree from the University of California in Los Angeles. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at Barnes Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, MO, where he was also Chief Resident.

Dr. Bernardo is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is a member of the Research Society of Neurological Surgeons, the Society of Neuroscience and the American College of Surgeons. His research has been published repeatedly in the Journal of Neurosurgery, among other publications.

Dr. Bernardo began his medical career in Ft. Lauderdale, FL before coming to Hattiesburg in 1993, where he practiced until 2008.
