Medical Staff and Services

A physician's involvement in a patient's recovery does not stop with a referral to Wesley Home Health Care. In fact, physicians continue to work closely with the home health staff to monitor the progress of each home health patient. And as always, the physician remains in charge of the patient's overall health plan and will ultimately decide which services to be administered at home.
